Got a NEEY battery capacitive 5A balancer. Also sold under the Enerkey brand

7/1/26 stopped using this in favour of a JK bms. This did a good job, but my batteries still went out of balance at 100%. It took a while to work out that my batteries only needed balancing above 80%. On the JK this is a setting and it keeps them in check when charging. The rest of the time the delta V isn't enough to get excited about.
This balancer has a on off switch so a simple voltage switch could make it work the same way.
